Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the DBOI Technologies website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Services
DBOI Technologies provides enterprise IT and telecommunications services including network design, voice infrastructure, security implementation, IoT solutions, and systems administration. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the DBOI Technologies website — including text, graphics, logos, and documentation — is the property of DBOI Technologies and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate technical information, timely access to systems and facilities, and appropriate authorisation for work to be performed. Delays caused by client-side factors may affect project timelines and costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DBOI Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during an engagement. DBOI Technologies will not disclose client network configurations, security architectures, or business information to any third party without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
