Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and enquiry details. We also collect standard analytics data (page visits, referral source) through our own privacy-first tracking system that uses no third-party cookies.

How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver contracted services, and — with your consent — send relevant updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. All data is stored in password-protected, encrypted MySQL databases on secured servers. Form submissions are validated, sanitised, and transmitted securely. Access to personal data is restricted to DBOI staff who require it.

Data Retention

We retain contact submissions and client correspondence for five years in line with standard business record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@dboitechng.com.

Your Rights (NDPR & GDPR)

Under Nigeria's NDPC Act and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact privacy@dboitechng.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal session cookies for essential functionality only. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking. Our own analytics system is privacy-first and does not track individuals.
